Position Overview

Responsibilities
Demonstrate a proactive and self-driven attitude to take on new challenges and learn on the job.
Conduct thorough financial analysis, including financial modeling, investment valuation, and risk assessment, to evaluate potential investment opportunities in various property sectors.
Research and gather data from diverse sources to support financial analysis and decision-making processes.

Assist in preparing financial reports and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Continuously stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in financial analysis and real estate investment.

Proactively identify and address potential issues or risks in investment projects and propose solutions.
Contribute to the development and improvement of financial models, forecasting tools, and investment evaluation processes.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions.
Excellent research skills and the ability to gather and analyze data from various sources. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
