Position Overview

As an Investor Relations Associate at Fairhaven Property Group, you will play a vital role in supporting our Investor Relations Manager in building and maintaining strong relationships with our investors. Responsibilities

1. Investor Support:

  • Assist the Investor Relations Manager with all investor relations activities, providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries and concerns.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors, fostering long-term partnerships.

  • Manage investor communications, including newsletters, reports, and updates on fund performance and investment opportunities.

2. Outreach and Engagement:

4. Administrative Support:

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to investor relations, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing documentation.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights to support investor relations efforts.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Entry-level position; experience in sales or finance is a plus.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Position Overview

Hours of work are 25 per week, although additional hours may be required during busy periods. Responsibilities

  • Reviewing applications for tenancy including background checks and tenancy documentation. This includes evaluating tenant applications, conducting thorough background checks, and ensuring all tenancy agreements are complete and legally compliant.

  • Generating detailed financial reports that track all income and expenses associated with the property, helping owners make informed decisions.

  • Keeping the property management database (Palace) updated with all tenant information, financial transactions, and scheduled property activities to ensure efficient management.

  • Regular inspections of the property are conducted to assess and document its condition, ensuring maintenance issues are promptly addressed to maintain its value and safety.

  • Manages the scheduling and overseeing of repairs, including coordinating with contractors and ensuring quality workmanship, to maintain the property in excellent condition.
